You will be joining an agile and forward-thinking business that operates in a blue-collar sector, based in Illawarra.
Your new role
Reporting into the Senior HRBP, your role will include but not be limited to:
Onboarding and offboarding processes; Advising managers on award interpretation, IR and ER matters, and escalating where necessary; Assisting the HRBP with strategy, employee engagement and projects; Keeping up to date with compliance and being the first point of contact for queries regarding this; Helping with training and development. What you'll need to succeed
Your experience in a similar role, as HR Coordinator or HR Advisor, within a blue-collar sector will lead you to success, as well as:
Being an Australian citizen - this is a must. Time management and stakeholder management skills. A degree in HR or in a similar field. This job will fit someone who is switched on and can work in an agile and fast-paced environment. What you'll get in return
