Details of the offer

The Company: We are currently seeking a HR Administrator for our non-profit organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, document control, and client engagement along with all ad hoc administrative tasks.
The Role: Maintain and update human resources documents, keeping close control of all personnel records and files.
Execute data entry tasks, ensuring all HR-related data is accurately captured and stored in our systems.
Facilitate efficient and proactive client engagement, promoting our organisation's values and mission Perform all ad-hoc administrative tasks involved in the smooth running of the HR department.
Utilise Excel and pivot tables for sophisticated data analysis, specifically conducting V-look ups to facilitate efficient data management.
Your Profile: Strong data entry skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
In-depth understanding of document control protocols and procedures.
Proven experience with client relations, preferably in a non-profit environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and the use of pivot tables and V-look ups.
Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
Candidates with prior experience in a similar role in the non-profit sector will be at an advantage.
