We seek a motivated individual who will contribute to our mission "to be the best in all we do".As an HR Administrator, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR aspects and work closely with our HR Professionals to perform a variety of tasks, such as:Handling high volumes of telephone and face-to-face inquiries, data entry, and a range of general office duties associated with a busy HR environment.Maintaining resource manning levels to meet business requirements.Providing high-level administrative support to HR Department.Compilation of weekly HR KPI reports.Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders.Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files, and systems database.Compliance to Human Resources Management System (HRMS).Assisting with recruitment and induction processes when required.Backing up Payroll.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence.
