An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dynamic HR team for our morning shift, 4.30 am start.
We seek a motivated individual who will contribute to our mission "to be the best in all we do".
As an HR Administrator, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR aspects and work closely with our HR Professionals to perform a variety of tasks, such as:
Handling high volumes of telephone and face-to-face inquiries, data entry, and a range of general office duties associated with a busy HR environment.Maintaining resource manning levels to meet business requirements.Providing high-level administrative support to HR Department.Compilation of weekly HR KPI reports.Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders.Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files, and systems database.Compliance to Human Resources Management System (HRMS).Assisting with recruitment and induction processes when required.Backing up Payroll.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence.
You should have:
Strong administration and data processing skills.HR experience will be highly regarded.Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment.Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end.Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role.What are our perks?
