We're excited to offer a newly created role for an HR Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor to provide essential support throughout the employee lifecycle and assist with a variety of operational and administrative HR tasks.
About the role _ As an HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing HR administrative tasks and providing support for ongoing projects, including system upgrades.
If you have previous experience in a similar role, and a strong focus on detail and customer service, this could be the role for you. Responsibilities include: Working closely with the HR team, to provide support to all employees, managers and directors with day-to-day queries.
Preparation of all employee related administration, including employment agreements, change to condition letters, and reports.
Management of the onboarding, offboarding and probation processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and update internal databases.
Maintain and update the intranet and online forms (e.g., Jotform).
Coordinate ordering, stocktaking, and distribution of uniforms.
Provide administrative support for Learning & Development activities.
About you _ Experience in a similar administrative position.
Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skilled in using digital tools like apps, software, and online platforms to improve workflows and efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively at the same time Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, service-focused mindset.
