You'll be at the forefront of managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, and contributing to key HR initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector while developing your HR expertise. You'll work closely with a passionate team, handling diverse responsibilities from data management to policy implementation, all while supporting a mission-driven organization that's making a difference in people's lives.ResponsibilitiesDrive recruitment efforts to expand our talented workforce across multiple statesManage and optimize data entry processes for efficient HR operationsEnsure staff compliance with Australian healthcare regulations and company policiesSpearhead initiatives related to fair work rate increases and performance reviewsDevelop and implement HR policies aligned with Australian employment standardsContribute to employee engagement and retention strategiesHandle confidential employee information and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with the HR team to support overall departmental functions and growthRequirementsProven experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare or social services sectorStrong knowledge of Australian fair work regulations and NDIS compliance requirements is a major advantageExcellent data management and administrative skillsProficiency in recruitment processes and best practicesSharp attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentialityStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPassion for contributing to a mission-driven healthcare organizationAdaptability and willingness to grow into potential leadership roles#J-18808-Ljbffr
