Job Description
As an HR Specialist/Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our client's healthcare workforce. You'll be at the forefront of managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, and contributing to key HR initiatives. Responsibilities
Drive recruitment efforts to expand our talented workforce across multiple states
Manage and optimize data entry processes for efficient HR operations
Ensure staff compliance with Australian healthcare regulations and company policies
Spearhead initiatives related to fair work rate increases and performance reviews
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Australian employment standards
Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies
Handle confidential employee information and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with the HR team to support overall departmental functions and growth
RequirementsProven experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare or social services sector
Strong knowledge of Australian fair work regulations and NDIS compliance requirements is a major advantage
Excellent data management and administrative skills
