Join Michael Hill as a HR Administrator (which here at Michael Hill we call our People Experience Coordinators) in our global Human Resources Team in our modern office in Cannon Hill.
This is an 8-week contract, ideally working 3 days per week with the flexibility to increase hours if required.
We are flexible on what 3 days they may be - with ideal hours being 8am -4pm.

This role will have a main focus on administration associated with team member onboarding as we lean into our busy seasonal casual recruitment process.
You will be a key member creating team member documentation including contracts, letters and assisting with any ad hoc HR queries.

More About You:

Excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong administration and organisational skills– preferably within a HR team

Proven ability to meet deadlines and apply strong prioritisation skills

High attention to detail

Able to manage multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders

Basic understanding of HR related processes

Systems savvy with a general curiosity and willingness to learn

Adaptable, resilient and flexible in a changing work environment
