Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity to practice your HR & Accounting skills, supporting a specialist civil and water infrastructure company.
Location: Canning Vale, Perth, Western AustraliaSalary: $80,000 - $90,000Engagement: Full-timeQualifications: Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field At least three years of relevant experience in a HR administration role Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legislation Support in recruitment selection processes, including job adverts, interviewing and onboarding Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality Responsible for accurate and timely end to end fortnightly payroll Support business stakeholders in providing advice on all employment relations matters and in facilitating redundancies, terminations, and offboarding employees Support in month end reporting Timely invoice processing, ensuring alignment to credit notes, tax invoices and purchase orders Skills and Experience: Proven experience in HR administration and/or finance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
