Reporting to the Regional HR Manager this role will provide administrative support to the HR function including managing HR Inbox; systems data entry; maintaining personnel files; processing onboarding of new starters and separation of employees inclusive of exit process; participating and/or leading process improvement initiatives. Support where required with preparing contracts and letters, payroll and general HR Administrative tasks such as reporting as required.

The Role Contribute to the overall HR Function service delivery through preparing and issuing employee documentation via Flare Platform i.e., contracts, variation letters using accurate and timely practices;Accurate data entry of personnel details into the ADP and Navision people systems including setting up new starters;Understanding of payroll and related HR procedures/processes Maintain and update employee records in ADP and Navision both payroll and HR modulesDealing with general enquiries in the specific team inboxSupport the recruitment team with new hire process including offers and employment documents Support wider HR function as required example: booking medicals, raising POs  09th April, 2024 The Opportunity
