Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time About the Company: Shamrock Civil Engineering is a reputable mid-tier civil construction contractor with well-established connections in the civil construction and mining industries.

About the Role: We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our welcoming and supportive team based in South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of employee's private information and HR matters.Assist in the collection of information and lodgement of Police Checks as required.Assist managers in performance review process.Provide general administrative support to HR Department as required.Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize job fair events).Enter and maintain personnel records.You will ideally have previous experience in HR administration.
