We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days / flexible 22.5 hours per week), based in our North Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for:
Preparing employment contracts and paperwork, scheduling induction sessions, and liaising with Payroll.Maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), personnel files, and all HR data.Tracking probation end dates, generating letters, and liaising with line managers.Ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.Managing purchase orders and invoices, filing, taking minutes, and reporting on HR metrics.Providing administrative support to the broader HR team.Working closely with Payroll and IT to ensure seamless HR operations.About You:The successful candidate will have:
