The opportunity to join this global, expanding business within their friendly HR department on a temporary - permanent basis is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Pay & Hours of Work Monday to Friday working 8am – 4.30pm£26,000 – £28,000 per annumResponsibilities Assist in the advertisement and coordination of new rolesScheduling of interviews whilst liaising with line managers and candidatesSupporting with the onboarding of new employees, including the preparation of paperwork and organisation of schedulesMaintenance of the employee records, both in paper and digital format, to ensure compliance with legislationEnsuring the accuracy of HR databases and systemsEnsure compliance with applicable labour laws and relevant company policiesAssist in the preparation of reports including attendance and training matrixesAssisting in the coordination of training sessions whilst liaising with employees and managersOrganisation of training materials and the collation of mandatory certificationsAssist in the preparation of data and reports whilst ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislationParticipate in HR projects to assist with the development of the department and businessEssential Skills Minimum of 2 years' experience of working within an administrative positionPrevious experience within a HR environment would be advantageousAttention to detail and a strong ability to check data to ensure data is original and complianceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with employees within all levels of the business and challenge in a proactive professional wayIT literate with previous experience of using IT packages – Excel, Microsoft experience is essentialHighly motivated with a proactive approach who is willing to learn and grow within a developing & growing businessFlexible, self-starter with a can-do attitude who works well within a team but is also a self-starterOrganised, agile and ability to challenge the status quo within all aspects of administrationExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with the wider businessIf you feel you are the right candidate for this position, please send your CV through to ****** or call the Recruitment Team on 01352 762213.
