The position is permanent and will be working 38 hours a week.Job ResponsibilitiesThis role will partner with Manager HR, Asia and Australia, Singapore HRBP and Sr HRBP Leader Global/Commercial to ensure the Australia Site has the appropriate onsite HR support.Supports the recruitment process including posting job req on various platforms (Seek), screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Manages employees onboarding, including initial medical and Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) Screening.Prepares employment contracts, salary variation letters, certificates of employment, and other letters/documents as required.Responsible for administration of HR policy and procedures.Documenting policies and procedures and reviewing annually, including recordkeeping and maintenance related to employee personnel files.Maintaining training records and responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, practices, training, and communications.Responsible for various HR Trainings including Employee Benefits, Annual Performance Management (Rewards Planner), Workplace bullying, harassment, DIB, wellness, etc.Front Line support for employee issues, partnering with the Manager HR, Asia and Australia on grievances, etc.Conducts exit interviews and manages offboarding.Manage the health monitoring program of employees and compliance with regulation and SafeWork NSW and Workplace Health and Safety Queensland requirements.Be knowledgeable in and provide advice on the application of relevant Industrial instruments, legislation and Fair Work obligations.Provide general administrative support to Business Unit Managers.Education/ExperienceBachelor or Diploma preferred.Minimum 4 years experience in human resource core principle knowledge (via education or previously held positions), customer service, or administrative support.Qualifications and AttributesMaintain strict confidentiality with employee and company financial information.Knowledge of Australian labour laws.Must work independently with minimal guidance and manage workload/priorities as appropriate.Verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment.Customer service focus – proactive communication to customers and team members, delivers on commitments, and is knowledgeable and accurate regarding expertise.Exceptional PC skills; including MS Office.Maintain professional relationships and commitment through contribution, flexibility, and positive attitude.
