About the job Working within our successful Organisational Development & HR team, you will provide essential administration support to HR operations, accurately process employee information and manage Data#3's variable rewards program.
This is a 12 month limited term contract.

In this role you will: Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding process Prepare employment agreements and associated paperwork with a high level of attention to detail Administer the end to end commission process including data entry of results Ensure internal databases and information provided to other relevant departments is accurate, updated and maintained Support the HR team to ensure a seamless delivery of Human Resources service Assist in the creation and maintenance of Data#3 position descriptions Update and maintain the criminal history check database and visa documentation About You You will be a highly motivated administrator who works well in a team environment with: Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within HR, finance or a similar role An understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and employee record management is desirable, but not essential Experience in data management Experience with HR software (HRIS) or other relevant databases (desirable, but not essential) Highly developed numeracy literacy skills Highly developed time management and organisational skills Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with the Microsoft suite particularly Excel and Outlook Some of our Benefits Income Protection Community Service Leave Employee Purchase Program Novated Leasing Flexible Working Apply now for this exciting opportunity to join a stable successful company and HR team.
