A collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development within the HR field Hybrid Role - Immediate Start About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an HR graduate to join our dynamic team as an HR Administrator.
This role is perfect for someone looking to start their HR career and gain hands-on experience in various administrative and operational aspects of HR.
You will play a crucial role in our People, Culture and Wellness (PCW) team supporting HR functions, including recruitment, workplace health & safety, strategy, projects, and advisory.
Reporting to the Manager – PCW Strategy & Projects , the HR Administrator will support our HR initiatives and the broader team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Your key responsibilities include, not limited to: Support the rollout of PCW strategies, policies, and programs, including data collection and analysis Assist with PCW projects and initiatives to improve service delivery Contribute to the review and implementation of organisational directives Prepare HR reports and presentations for management Manage aspects of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, induction, and termination) as needed Provide support to Business Partnering, HR Operations, and System teams Handle HR operations, including maintaining employee records and databases Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes Prepare and update HR documents and respond to employee queries About you To be successful in this role, you will have: HR or related qualification (desirable but not essential) Previous experience in administration or HR administration roles Intermediate technological skills – Microsoft suite People person, with an enthusiastic and approachable personality Ability to work autonomously and use initiative Excellent communication (written & verbal) and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectively National Police Check (or ability to obtain) Our benefits At RetireAustralia, the wellbeing of our team members is a top priority.
