You will support the coordination and administration of the HR health programmes such as health surveillance, Occupational Health clinics and vaccination initiatives.The successful candidate may also provide administrative support throughout the whole employee lifecycle including supporting the full recruitment and onboarding process.The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, as they will be responsible for processing HR related initiatives such as coordinating the Health Surveillance & vaccination clinics. In quieter periods, you may also be asked to support with the documentation for contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions including updating of relevant systems and letters to staff.The HR administrator will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of both verbal and written communication at all times.Essential RequirementsNVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent relevant L3 qualificationNVQ Level 2 Customer ServiceLevel 2 Digital Literacy or is willing to work towardsProven experience of managing assigned workload in a busy administration / business environmentProven experience of dealing with and liaising with internal and external customersExperience of working with confidential informationDemonstrate a good level of IT competence.
