Hr Administrator - Fifo 4/3

NES Fircroft are working alongside a Mining Operator seeking a HR Administrator to join their team.This is a fly in fly out position, 4 days on, 3 days off.Job Title: HR AdministratorLocation: Flying from Perth to the Pilbara region.Roster: 4/3 FIFOStart date: ASAP (Before Christmas)Length of Contract: 6 monthsKey Responsibilities: Offer support and guidance on HR policies, contractor inquiries, including policy and procedure interpretation.Assist the HR team and stakeholders with Success Factors and other client specific systems.Provide technical input to key stakeholders on internal HR systems.Analyze data and generate both regular and ad hoc reports.Contribute to the Company projects, culture, initiatives, and programs.Identify and suggest improvements for the company's current HR processes.Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.Experience in HR or recruitment administration with strong data analytics and advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with HR systems, ideally Success Factors and SAP.Proven ability to thrive in diverse environments and build strong, collaborative relationships.Note: We can only shortlist candidates with full working rights that are located in Perth, WA for this position.If interested, please apply, shortlisting will commence 22nd November 2024.BH ID 287564
