About The Opportunity
We're looking for an HR Administrator with a strong focus on managing support worker employment contracts and rosters, and assisting case managers in improving shift attendance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include: Take ownership of the end-to-end rostering process for support workers, ensuring rosters are aligned with employment contracts and service delivery needs.Collaborate closely with case managers to adjust rosters and fill shift vacancies as required.Partner with case managers to improve workplace culture by focusing on strategies to increase support worker shift attendance and engagement.Provide generalist HR assistance and advice to line managers, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act, SCHADS Award, and other applicable legislation.Assist in addressing minor grievances and support case managers with performance management where necessary.Assist in the onboarding of new support workers, ensuring smooth integration into HR and rostering systems.What You Bring: A strong sense of alignment to our values and mission.3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in sectors such as disability services or related fields.Sound understanding of IR/ER legislation.
Knowledge of SCHADS is a definite advantage.Demonstrated experience in overseeing payroll processing and administratively managing employment contracts.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.A solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and fostering inclusivity.What You Need: A current Disability Worker Screening Clearance Card & Blue Card (working with Children) is required before you can commence work.Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS 2).What We Provide: Autonomy to influence and coordinate various HR functions and drive positive outcomes for our workforce and clients.Challenges that will expand your skills and capabilities, along with support and development opportunities for professional growth.The chance to contribute to building a positive and inclusive organizational culture that values diversity.An opportunity to build on your current HR career journey and experience.Competitive salary.Flexibility of hours and days may be considered for the right candidate, including school hours and potential to be part-time.Interested?
