Our team is expanding and we are seeking an enthusiastic HR & Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced office in Brisbane.This is a great chance to work with an experienced team and further your career.Does this sound like you? If yes, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesHR Duties: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings and screening resumes.Support employee benefits programs and administration.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.Administrative Duties: Perform general office management tasks, including coordinating office supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.Arrange staff morning teas and in-house functions to foster team engagement and morale.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing as required.Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and direct them appropriately.Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experiencePrevious experience in Human Resources &/or Administration is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organisational and time management skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.High level of personal integrity and trustworthiness.Positive & friendly attitude.Benefits for being part of the Ausure GroupExceptional opportunity to further grow your career.Open plan office to allow for a collaborative working environment.Employee Benefits including yearly wellbeing vouchers and free access to an EAP service.A friendly, caring and supportive working environment.Travel Insurance (Domestic & International).Please submit a covering letter detailing your interest and an updated version of your CV.
