The role We're a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and keen to learn and grow to join Michael Boyce in the expanding Mining, Energy & Resources team.
Michael is a Corporate Partner specialising in mining, petroleum and natural resources law.
He has extensive experience advising clients on matters relating to acquisitions and divestments, project development, joint venture structuring, offtake agreements including gas sale and transportation agreements, mineral rights sharing agreements, royalty agreements, construction and procurement contracts.

We're looking for someone: Admitted lawyer; with 4-8 years' PAE experience; who has Corporate law experiences, preferably within the Mining and/or Energy & Resources sector; who wants a fantastic team culture; and with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
