About You: We're looking for someone who's ready to jump in and help people. If you're a great communicator, can manage tasks well, and have some experience in housing or tenancy management, this could be the role for you! Here's what we're after:
- Experience in managing residential properties or tenancies, especially in the Community Housing or Property sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practices and a passion for working with people who might be going through tough times.
- The ability to juggle tasks and work both independently and with a team.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge (Zavanti experience desirable)
- Qualifications or experience in Property Management, Social Work, or a similar area.
