You will be responsible for property inspections, allocations of vacant properties, rental collection and chasing arrears, conducting condition reports, coordinating lease and rent reviews, and carrying out exit a Housing Officer, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including government departments, the Asset Management Unit, clients, and relevant support agencies.
