Using Chintaro software to complete the review process. Working alongside Senior Housing Officer you will both be tasked in completing this review over a 2 week period. All in office, no out of office duties Great team support! Your Skills & Experience Previous Community Housing Experience is essential. Must know how to complete a rent review process. Must be available from11th - 25th November. Must know Chintaro software and how to utilise it to complete a Rent Review. Great attention to detail ! Strong Financial knowledge in relation to a rent review.
