Fortescue's Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.
Roster: 4 Days on, 3 Days Off – 10 hour shifts.
Job Summary: The Housing Liaison position provides day-to-day assistance in managing open market rentals and Fortescue-owned properties in the Pilbara region.
This role involves coordinating property inspections, handling maintenance requests, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Flexibility to travel as required is also essential.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional communication and customer service, both in-person and through digital channels.
Support Pilbara residential employees in using Fortescue's Employee Housing reimbursement software.
Maintain accurate data entry and proficiently utilize Fortescue's Property Management Software.
Conduct property inspections and complete inspection reports as needed.
Manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely communication with contractors and agencies.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including flight and accommodation bookings.
Participate in after-hours emergency contact duties as required.
Commit to Fortescue's Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and report hazards promptly.
Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team and adapt to changing needs.
Qualifications and Experience Strong understanding of property management principles.
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
High level of time management and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to following policies and procedures.
