Our Opportunity 16 month contract Work Location:  Karratha (Residential) Roster:  Monday to Friday The position of Housing Liaison provides day to day assistance with the management of open market rentals and Fortescue-owned properties in the Pilbara region. Please note that the successful candidate will need to have their own accommodation based in Karratha. Key Responsibilities Attend property inspections and home visits as required Completion of required inspections reports as needed Provide support for participants in the Home Ownership Scheme as required Issues requests for maintenance to contractors and or Property Management Agencies. Review outstanding maintenance requests and follows the progress Provide support to employees in the Residential Support Program Provide general administrative support a required for the team Booking flights and accommodation Maintain and complete all required Employee Housing Loan documentation Qualifications and Experience Competent in use of Microsoft Office, including Teams High level of customer service Ability and willingness to effectively resolve client issues Team player Willing and able to travel as required Willing and available to act in an afterhours emergency contact capacity as required High level time management skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills A good understanding of property management Our Commitment Fortescue is deeply committed to providing a safe culture that builds respect, fosters inclusiveness, and values diversity.
