Primary Objective:The Housing Asset Maintenance Officer ensures the cost-effective and timely management of all processes involved in vacated properties, actioning maintenance requests on tenanted properties and monitoring contractor activities in line with the department's asset management program.
This role contributes to the planning, development, and implementation of value-added services with an emphasis on customer-focused continuous quality improvement.
