Housekeeping Team Leader

Job Description Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is one of the only beachfront caravan and camping locations in Sydney, located at Narrabeen Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

What you'll do: Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency in the Housekeeping Department.
You will assist in providing daily coordination to housekeeping, task allocation, and team rosters.
You will complete a range of tasks relating to park housekeeping, including: Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards Organizing and supervising staff Planning daily room requirements, servicing, and pre-arrival checks Observing the resort's cleanliness and facilities What you'll bring: Experience as a Lead or experienced Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment is preferred, however, candidates with the right skills and attitude will also be considered Passionate and team-oriented with a 'lead from the front' mentality A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude Ability to work in a team or autonomously Demonstrated flexibility and reliability as the role will involve working across a 7-day rotating roster that includes weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
