As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of dedicated housekeepers, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering an environment of excellence.

A few of your responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service deliveryMonitor and maintain cleaning standards across assigned areas, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocolsManage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisationCollaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionallyEmbrace a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold CoastWhat we are looking for: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teamsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detailProficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacyFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demandsAbout you: As a seasoned expert in leadership and housekeeping, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
