The RoleKey Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.Train and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture.Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.What we're looking forThe ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
