About the role:
Working at Sea World Resort, Australia's only theme park accommodation provider, you will support the Housekeeping Manager to manage, coordinate and ensure the smooth running of all housekeeping services. You will be a team player who is passionate about guest satisfaction and ensuring a memorable stay for everyone!
Duties: Delegate cleaning of roomsCheck rooms and conduct regular inspections of public areasMaintain supplies and laundryRoster effectively and on a daily basisImplement training and follow up progressionsMaintain accurate lost property recordsLiaise with all departments to ensure smooth operation and superior guest serviceManage and coordinate the Housekeeping team including but not limited to, team meetings, resource planning, recruitment, and performance reviews.Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a busy hotel is essentialHigh level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsBe physically fit, physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twistingA high level of personal presentation, with excellent guest service skillsProven track record in people management and developmentImmunization for Hepatitis A&B is recommendedMust be available to work on any day including weekends and school holidaysAdvertised: 24 Jun 2024 E.
