Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking passionate and motivated leader, who has experience in a similar role to join our team, showcasing their conflict resolution, communication, and team leadership skills.
This role will see you assist in maintaining the expected presentation levels of rooms and facilities and to supervise and train employees in line with department procedures.
Key Duties  Ensure housekeeping staff attend to the daily operational requirements of the department in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure the presentation standards of rooms and facilities are maintained to the expected high standard.
Monitor, review, and where required assist develop standard operating procedures in line with company requirements to ensure efficient workplace practices.
