About the Role As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will provide support and assistance to the Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping team and other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and continuous service is provided to our guests.

Responsibilities Include: Supervise and coordinate daily Housekeeping operations in conjunction with and in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.Train, mentor, and evaluate Housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet expectations.Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.Address guest concerns and requests promptly and effectively.Assist in the development and implementation of Housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience in a Housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity preferred.Strong organisational and leadership skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.Proficient in the safe use and standards of cleaning equipment and chemicals.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.What we offer With enriching work comes amazing rewards!
