Job Description Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.Assist the Director of Housekeeping to ensure all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.Oversee the housekeeping department to ensure the hotel facilities are maintained, clean, sanitary and in orderly condition.Ensure the daily inspection of guest rooms are ready for occupancy in the highest standards.Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hotel experienceLuxury experience is preferredStrong guest service orientation.Work Authorization in the U.S. without VISA sponsorshipAdditional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your family.Excellent Company benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance.Personalized development opportunities across Accor's extensive brand portfolio.Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21.
