We need your flexibility to fill the gaps that are needed across a busy and well-established hotel operation which may include some of the following tasks: Leadership amongst the team – this may include stepping in for the housekeeping manager from time to timeService of guest roomsProvide assistance in guest-facing areasProvide solutions to efficiency roadblocksCompliance amongst the teamPractice and monitor safe workplace standardsTo be the shining star of supervision we would need you to have: A strong appetite to build and sustain relationshipsA passion for quality, attention to detail, and excellenceA positive and can-do attitude amongst the teamTime management and efficient work habitsA well-presented problem-solving attitudeA flexible work and rostering schedule, with weekend availability essentialIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
