As a Housekeeping Services Supervisor, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency are achieved and maintained within the department through effective supervision, training, and team member engagement of this large and diverse team!
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and the hotel team.
A few of your responsibilities: Ensure all relevant guest information is shared with all Team Members - VIPs, Cots, Rollaway bedsSupport and assist the team during peak periodsPerform room spot checks and ensure all rooms are checked to hotel standardsResolve guest concerns using a pleasant and diplomatic approachMonitor and report maintenance requests where requiredWhat We're Looking For: Previous Supervisory experience within a luxury hotelStrong leadership skills with an exceptional eye for detailPassion for hospitality with a can-do attitudeStrong communication skills and computer literacyFlexible availability to work across a 7-day rosterAbout you: You will be experienced in a supervisory housekeeping role within a five-star property or integrated resort. In addition, you will have experience of improving operational efficiency, elevating guest experiences, and maintaining the highest of room presentation.
You will bring a collaborative and welcoming mindset and thrive in a team environment and have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements with experience embedding these requirements as part of your ways of working.
