Permanent Part-time - Mon to Fri (37.5hrs per week)Pay rate – $34.77 per hour + superannuationNot-for-profit employer, so pay less tax!About the Role: Reporting to the Residential Manager and with a team of indirect housekeeping reports, this role will be responsible for:
Coordinating, monitoring and providing a range of hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning, to enhance the quality of life for our residents.Acting as a "buddy" to new members of the hospitality team to assist them become familiar with the Home and requirements of the role.Conducting regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and safety of the Home and address any issues promptly.To be successful in this role you'll need: Tertiary qualifications (TAFE/Diploma) in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management, or related field preferred.Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service roles, preferably in an aged care setting.Knowledge of hospitality best practices in aged care.The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.What we can offer you: Competitive hourly pay rateFitness Passport gym benefitPaid parental leaveLong service leave after 5 yearsAdditional week of leave for Enterprise Agreement shift workers40+ Locations across NSW and QLD if you decide to moveA values based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsWe know you have many choices of employer - choose Catholic Healthcare where you can make a positive impact and be well rewarded.
