About the role: Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, responsible for the communication and administration work in Housekeeping Office.Responsible for filing and updating all necessary documents and records.Ensures the execution of vacation plans and duty rosters accordingly.Prepares MC and follows up on the orders.Produces chemical and guest supplies inventory.Minibar bill posting, Daily consumption report and monthly inventory.What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.Develop your talent through Accor's learning programs.Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Sustainability programs. Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.Maldives' work experience is preferred.Proficient in English and Dhivehi.Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.Strong knowledge of MS Programs, Fusion, MC, Opera, Excel, Microsoft Word and other Rooms systems.Outgoing personality, excellent organization and communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.Able to drive buggy.
