A Career that lets your passion shine Coordinating the Housekeeping daily operations via allocating rooms to ambassadors.
Answering calls from Guest Services, Housekeepers and supporting the Supervisors Receiving guest requests, allocating resources and problem-solving guest enquiries Use your high level of communication skills to liaise with the Executive Housekeeper and housekeeping team Execute vital administrative tasks for the efficient and smooth running of housekeeping department including logging lost property and engineering requests Create exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with Front Office to ensure rooms are immaculate, prepared with care, and ready on time for guests Qualifications What you will bring to the role: A passion for creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations Previous experience as a housekeeping coordinator/supervisor essential Exceptional attention to detail Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests Efficient time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills & computer skills Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded Additional Information Thrive in our Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach community : Complimentary meal on shift available via Le Café Employee discounts on accommodation, dining, and lifestyle with Accor hotels Discounted parking Paid birthday leave Personalized reward & recognition program.
