Cradle Mountain Lodge, a stunning wilderness retreat, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our guests experience immaculate accommodation in a beautiful natural setting.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning standards. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and quality. Manage stock levels and ensure efficient room cleaning schedules. Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Key Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
