We are looking for passionate and caring Housekeeping Assistants to provide Catering, Laundry & Cleaning services to make a difference in our Aged Care clients' lives in a home-like environment.
Various roles are available across the Sydney Metropolitan area including Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Western Suburbs and the North Shore.
About the Role:
Providing resident meal service including assisting with meal preparation, providing a quality dining service and assisting residents as required.
Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit.
Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential.
Good understanding of cleaning & food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
NDIS and Police check clearance or willing to obtain.
