About the Opportunity Provide a range of cleaning and services on a scheduled basis around the facility which include:
Building entrances, reception and office areasCafé, lifestyle hub, therapy services and meeting roomsToilets and other common areasResident rooms, including bathroomsClean upholstery and carpet using equipmentWindow cleaningFloor scrubbingRemoving rubbish and dirty laundryWashing and sorting laundryUnpacking and delivering laundryUnpacking stockMaintaining standards of hygiene and minimising risk of contaminationIdentifying and logging issues which require maintenance intervention as neededTo be considered for this role you must have: Previous working experience as a Housekeeper/Cleaner preferably in an aged care or hotel environment.Ability to work independentlyGood availabilitySkills to keep busy and activeAbility to lift and move linen and cleaning equipmentThe successful candidate must have some availability between the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 3:00pm on the weekend. The recruitment process will involve a functional assessment which will assess your ability to fulfil the requirements of the role.
You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
