About the role Brownhill Creek Tourist Park is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Housekeeper / Front Office to join our team at our location in Mitcham, SA. This is a casual role where you will play a key part in ensuring our hotel guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
What you'll be doing Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking suppliesAssist with laundry and linen duties to maintain high standards of cleanlinessGreet guests and provide excellent customer service at the front deskAssist with general administrative tasks and respond to guest inquiriesEnsure all hotel public areas are kept clean, tidy and well-maintainedWork collaboratively with the wider hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experienceWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a housekeeping or front office role, ideally within the hospitality industryStrong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlinesExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional mannerGood communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysWhat we offer Competitive hourly rate with casual loadingOpportunities for career development and progressionEmployee wellness and social activitiesA supportive and inclusive work environment Apply for role  Please send Resumes to [email protected] or contact Tracy on ********
