We celebrate people If at any time you require us to adjust our recruitment process to meet your individual needs please email ****** Fixed Term Full Time until December 2025You will assist in supporting 7 of our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach (all ambulant)Have experience within disability, including experience dealing with some behaviours of concernYour shifts will be on a monthly rotating roster with 74 / 78 fortnightly splitManage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)You will work in a supportive team environment with opportunity to make positive changeBe part of a strong community and a supportive teamWe excel together As a House Supervisor in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalentNDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR CertificateValid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten yearsAt Scope, we pride ourselves on collaborating with our people.
