We celebrate people  If at any time you require us to adjust our recruitment process to meet your individual needs please email ****** Fixed Term Full Time  position in Colac,  until December 2025  You will assist in supporting 7 of our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach (all ambulant) Have experience within disability, including experience dealing with some behaviours of concern Your shifts will be on a monthly rotating roster with 74 / 78 fortnightly split Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources) You will work in a supportive team environment with opportunity to make positive change Be part of a strong community and a supportive team We excel together  As a House Supervisor in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
