About Us: Anglicare's Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) service offers a safe and nurturing environment for young people with complex behavioural and support needs. We focus on trauma recovery, positive life outcomes, and placement options. Your role will be pivotal in providing this care and support.
Your Role: As our ITC House Manager, you will:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the ITC home.Ensure a safe, protective, and healing physical environment.Collaborate with the Therapeutic Specialist and ITC Case Manager to facilitate young people's Care and Therapeutic Support Plans.Enhance developmental, cultural, social, and therapeutic outcomes through various activities and experiences.What We're Looking For: A bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or a related discipline OR a Diploma of Community Services with ongoing undergraduate studies in a related field.A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care).Demonstrated experience in culturally strengths-based practice with Aboriginal people, families, and communities.What's in it for You: In return for your hard work, we offer:
