Key Responsibilities: Provide direction, coordination and support to the Therapeutic Care WorkersActive supervision of all Therapeutic Care WorkersInduction and Orientation of new staffDevelopment of schedule and care plan for resident young person, with Therapeutic Specialist and Operations Manager and ensure implementationLead and contribute to a positive team culture through regular team and clinical meetingsEnsure houses are maintained in accordance with the Statutory Standards of CareCompliance with the WHS ActABOUT THE ORGANISATION CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities.
