Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction, coordination and support to the Therapeutic Care Workers Active supervision of all Therapeutic Care Workers Induction and Orientation of new staff Development of schedule and care plan for resident young person, with Therapeutic Specialist and Operations Manager and ensure implementation Lead and contribute to a positive team culture through regular team and clinical meetings Ensure houses are maintained in accordance with the Statutory Standards of Care Compliance with the WHS Act Minimum Requirements:
Criminal History Checks and a valid driver's licence are requirements for employment at CASPA.
Working with Children checks will be required for frontline roles in direct contact with Young People.
