Meriton Suites is seeking a House Attendant for our dynamic Sussex Street property!
About the Role As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness and setups in suites. You will play an integral role in delivering service excellence by ensuring high-level room cleanliness. You will be provided the opportunity to grow your skills by working with and learning from experienced leaders.
Your key responsibilities Attend to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner.Attend to Housekeeping staff requests in a timely manner.Time manage jobs and requests accordingly.Delivery of linen and amenities to the floors.Project cleaning.Inventory and stock control.Moving furniture as required.To be successful in this role you will Have experience in a similar role.Have experience working in a large scale 4- or 5-star hotel environment (desirable).Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.Be immaculately presented.Be focused and passionate about guest service.Be well-organised, with attention to detail.Be team-oriented and able to work under pressure.About Meriton Suites Meriton Suites is Australia's largest owner-operator of apartment-style hotel suites, with 23 incredible locations and 6,204 suites, giving every guest a guarantee that they are staying in the best accommodation in Australia.
