TAFE SA is seeking qualified casual Lecturers (Hourly PaidInstructors) to join our team based at the TAFE SA VeterinaryClinic, Gilles Plains Campus.
As an Hourly Paid Instructor, you may be required to provide aneducational service of training, assessment, and guidance tostudents in accordance with the requirements of each course.
To be a successful applicant you will have relevant experiencein your professional area of expertise, and you must have a desireand willingness to impart knowledge and skills onto others. Youwill be required to keep up to date in the industry and continuallydevelop skills in the role.
Qualifications and experience:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) orequivalent is desirable. Must have a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or a degree in Veterinary Science (registerable with theVeterinary Surgeon's Board of South Australia) and have aminimum of 3 years current industry experience in all aspectsof veterinary clinical operations. Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a validWorking With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Departmentof Human Services (DHS).
Must be currently eligible to live and work inAustralia. May be required to facilitate at several campuses withinTAFE SA. This role requires a flexibility around timetabling toensure the needs of the program are met. Please refer to the Role Description for all SpecialConditions.
